We have tried to make our website a mine of technical information to give our customers as much information as possible to enable them to make an informed choice, but we realise that often you like a little reassurance that you are choosing the correct product and sometimes you prefer to talk to someone, so we have set up our telephone help desk to provide this service.

Our product offering ranges from supplying everyday general use resins to providing special purpose resins, materials and tools.

Our Technical Help desk can be contacted usually between 8 am and 4-00 pm Weekdays. We can be emailed at all hours of the day and night; we endeavour to respond within a couple of hours on work days, emails are often answered on evenings and weekends.

We work closely with suppliers and have direct access to their technical teams. We have access to such a wealth of experience but what is more important is that we like a challenge and will help our customers find the answer to their enquiry.
