Carbon Flat Sheet - 980mm x 1000mm

Manufactured using 100 % carbon fibre and infused with our EC157 Epoxy resin.

The cosmetic side uses a 3k 2/2 twill weave fabric.

The sheet has a high gloss finish on one side and a textured finish on the reverse, allowing secondary bonding if required.

1mm offers a fair bit of flexibility and can be cut using standard hand tools, even a sharp pair of scissors.

The 2mm and 3mm sheets are substantially stiffer in their torsional stiffness.

We offer this in 4 sizes, but if you require anything different give us a call.

We can also CNC this with the most basics of drawings or suitable file, such as .dxf.

The average thickness of our sheets are :-

1mm - 0.7mm +/- 0.25 mm

2mm - 1.8mm +/- 0.25mm

3mm - 2.7mm +/-0.25mm
